Raw Indonesian wavy bundles have been cut directly from the donor with all hair cuticles aligned and left in its natural state. Hair has been cut directly from the donor with the hair cuticles aligned. Once hair is cut from the donor's head it is wefted and cleansed. Raw Indonesian is unprocessed and very durable can be bleached or dyed. Raw Indonesian is very thick and coarse and requires maintenance. No chemicals and no steaming.

This timeline is based on the processing of a single wig. Please note that processing multiple wigs will require additional time.

Luxe Signature Custom Wigs: 10-21 business days (add an additional 3 business days for curly/deep wave textures)
PYOH Wigs: 4-7 business days
Affordable Luxe Collection: 10-14 business days
Wig Rejuvenation: 4-7 business days (if client provides the lace)
Wig Rejuvenation: 7-10 business days (if lace is provided by us)
HD Lace/bundles: 5-9 business days
Shipping Policy
All packages are shipped UPS ground w/ signature confirmation.
UPS Ground 1-4 business days. Express Shipping: 1-2 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email (please note orders processed via Klarna will have a tracking number prior to the actual shipping day). Tracking number will only be sent out when the items have shipped with the exception of Klarna orders.
We are not liable for order delays due to incorrect shipping and billing address. Please make sure to enter your address correctly, including building and apartment numbers.
A shipping confirmation will be sent as soon as your order has left our facility. Please keep in mind once packages are received by UPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of them. In the event that there are any issues with delays or delivery please contact UPS customer service at 1-800-742-5877.
Please keep these timeframes in mind when scheduling hair appointments, travel, special occasions, and etc. Federal holidays and weekends are not to be included as a business day. During high volume sales (Black Friday, Christmas) please add an extra 5 business days to our standard processing and shipping times. All orders will come with a tracking number and require signature confirmation upon arrival. You will receive a tracking number via email to allow you to track your packages in real time and make any arrangements for delivery. If you will not be home the day of delivery, you can call your local UPS and ask that they hold the package at an access point. Sunny Girl Hair Collection is not responsible for any lost or damaged items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, and you have not received it you must contact UPS.
Custom Wig Policy
Please ensure proper measurements are taken on a flat braid down. We will not issue a refund due to improper measurements. If you need any assistance, please reach out to info@sunnygirlhaircollection.com. If you send in the wrong measurements, we are not liable for your wig not fitting. You will be subjected to a reconstruction fee. If you have any special hair conditions i.e. (alopecia, hair loss) you must contact me prior to placing an order.
When providing hair/lace from other companies, we cannot guarantee that your hair will style correctly, or your knots will bleach properly. Once the wig is in your possession, we are no longer responsible for the wig and how you choose to maintain it.
Do not scratch lace, apply direct heat to the lace, or excessively pull at the lace. This will damage your unit.
Our luxe custom wigs are 100% one donor double drawn raw hair. Our affordable collection wigs are 100% raw one donor single drawn hair. Please note processing time for raw hair is longer than virgin hair. Our raw hair goes through a rigorous quality assurance check. Textured hair (curly, deep wave) has additional processing time. I do not keep hair/closures on hand. Custom wigs are custom and made to order. Once an order is placed inventory is ordered immediately and processing begins. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are placed. Each order will be fulfilled if you ever need to check your order status feel free to email me at info@sunnygirlhaircollection.com.
Wig confirmation forms will be sent to the email address on file prior to processing your custom unit. Please fill this form in its entirety in a timely fashion. Filling this form out as quickly as possible helps get your order processed quicker.
PYOH Orders
Address will be provided after order is completed.
ALL PYOH ORDERS MUST SEND IN A TRACKING NUMBER.
Shipping on PYOH orders is included on all COMPLETED orders. If at any time within the processing period, you request a refund the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. I will not pay to ship your hair back to you. NO EXCEPTIONS.
International Orders
SGHC ships to most international addresses. In an effort to prevent fraudulent purchases, we will ONLY ship to confirmed addresses. A confirmed address is an address that has been verified as belonging to the purchaser per matching credit card billing address. All international orders are shipped via UPS/FedEx/DHL depending on your location.
Refund and Exchange Policy
All sales are all FINAL.
Due to sanitary reasons and the nature of the products, there are absolutely NO RETURNS. However, Sunny Girl Hair Collection strives to provide each customer with amazing customer service. If there are any mishaps on our behalf, we will happily correct the issue. If you are unsatisfied with your wig after receiving it, please immediately contact info@sunnygirlhaircollection.com and we will do our very best to accommodate you!
